These workshops will provide you with a gentle, supportive, safe enviroment to heal issues around the body and femininity, revealing and transforming our own and each other’s fears and conditioning, so that we may return to the Beauty and Innocence inherent in our Sexual and Sensual Nature …Experience greater pleasure, aliveness, health, acceptance, confidence and a deeper connection in all our relationships. We’ll be using a wide variety of meditations, as well as massage, drawing and painting to explore our sexuality and creativity, to heal our bodies' and rest in the silence of our being.

Individual Sessions & Sacred Yoni Healing
Yoni Healing is body therapy; the focus is not erotic pleasure. It’s done by awakening the yoni with gentle strokes and slow touch, and ‘dropping down’ into your emotional sensations to see “what is there”; i.e., what feelings come up to the surface. Then, acknowledging these feelings, and in doing so, releasing them. One can have painful or numb areas in or around their yoni, and once the emotions are released, they literally can begin to feel pleasure!
Through Yoni Healing a woman can reawaken her feminine goddess power. She can discover the profound wisdom hidden within this mystical cave. Yoni Healing can help to release armoring and trauma while honouring a woman in all Her divinity and celebrating Her power and beauty. (This Healing is body therapy; the focus is not erotic pleasure.)

The sanskrit word ‘Shakti’ means feminine creative force. Shakti’s true nature is to be a source of creativity and inspiration, to demonstrate unconditional acceptance, to heal, to nurture and to love.

moving to the ocean.”
