Energy Healing
Healing on all levels, including physical issues, emotional well being, loving relationships and spiritual Awakening. Energy Healing can include phases of passively receiving energy work and more cathartic emotional release (healing emotional wounds is an essential part of Tantric work).
Included in this is Vortex HealingR which is a powerful Healing Art that works with Divine light and consciousness. It can release the deepest karmic issues we hold. The amount of light brought into our energy field in this way is truly amazing.
Divine Heart Bodywork
Divine Heart bodywork is designed to reconnect you with the Divine, it helps to open, release, and channel stored energy in the physical body. This Healing bodywork can promote the integration and balancing of the energy field, boost your immune system, eliminate mood swings, remove sexual blocks, improve hormonal regulation and, it can release and move the powerful Kundalini energy which when experienced will have far reaching effects on all aspects of your life.
Deep bodywork including pelvic Healing integrates, opens and transforms our sexual energy. Allowing the natural intelligence of the body to be a guide into wholeness, you can discover the inseperable connection of spirituality and sexuality. Through conscious touch, pain and numbness can be transformed into pleasure and your body and mind can heal and repattern itself from the conditioning that has permeated society that pleasure is bad and that spirituality has to involve a denial of our sexuality. Relaxation is the portal, and surrendering control in order to receive without having to give anything in return are the keys which open the door to this awareness of ourselves as pure Spirit.
Heart in sexuality-Healing the Base chakra
We have seven main wheel-like energy centers called chakras that correspond with vital areas of our bodies and emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives. The first chakra is our root/base chakra, this is the grounding force that allows us to connect to the earth energies. The Base Chakra is situated around the base of the spine in the genital area and its’ energy extends downward, like roots, through the legs and feet to contact the solid earth below.
Yoni is the Sanskrit word for the vagina, translated as ‘Sacred place’. The yoni corresponds to the female principle and has to do with devotion. Our Yoni is the center where our creative life force is expressed. A womans yoni receives and contains the energy from all lovers, be it good or bad. This energy can remain within the yoni for 5 to 7 years. There can be so much emotion and trauma held in the yoni, to release this in a safe and supportive space clears the way for a whole new level of sexual experience, clarity, and power. Through Yoni Healing a woman can reawaken her feminine goddess power. She can discover the profound wisdom hidden within this mystical cave. Yoni Healing can help to release armoring and trauma while honouring a woman in all Her divinity and celebrating Her power and beauty. The Sanskrit word for the penis is Lingham, translated as the ‘wand of light’ that channels creative energy and pleasure. Traditional sexual conditioning has men in a doing and goal oriented mode. There is often an urge within men, in particular, to succeed, to progress. This same drive, or urge, is often one of the root causes of a man’s problems in sexuality. Rather than being consciously present in the moment, he is thinking about the next step or whether he is ‘doing it right; or succeeding quickly enough. Patience is required along with self acceptance. It can be challenging learning how to be open and getting in touch with feelings but there is a profound masculine strength to be found within vulnerability. Tantra allows men to experience their softer more receptive side and experience pleasure from a non-traditional perspective, transforming lust into love. (There may be gentle healing touch on or around the lingham though the focus is not erotic pleasure. This Healing is body therapy.)
Using breath, touch and movement to bring the energy of our genitals up into the heart and to direct the energy of our hearts down into our genitals, we can unite the feminine and masculine sides of us. When we feel this inner fusion, we can bring a harmonious sexuality to our relationships with others. Heart in Sexuality will help you to experience the natural rhythms of pleasure in your body. You will be guided in connecting your inner masculine and feminine sides and in exploring how your love for yourself and others can be deepened and strengthened through the genitals and the heart.

The Session
The first session will include a consultation to determine how we will work together and what is most appropriate for you. The application and the effect of the therapy is unique to each person.
Each session lasts two hours. The whole process may require several sessions to complete for the highest benefits.
You may receive some “homework” after the Session. This can include exercises for self-pleasuring, meditation, breathwork, etc.
The level of commitment and application that you put into the sessions and your willingness to see the truth at all times, will often be a determining factor in the level of transformation. Along the way feelings may arise that are not immediately pleasurable. For some, these may be repressed feelings of fear or anxiety that have been pushed down in the hope that they never need to be faced. For others, it may be that a new approach to sexuality brings up feelings of insecurity. At such times, it is not that things are going wrong, but an indicator that things are actually going right, an opportunity to recognise and change patterns of self destructive thought and action. A belief in separation is created by the ego as protection against its greatest desire, through unconditional love and acceptance this protection can start to melt away, transforming our life and the way in which we percieve the world.
